Attorney John Vignone is a graduate of Northeastern University, Cum Laude, 1989, B.S. Finance and Marketing and Suffolk University Law School, 1992, Juris Doctor. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1992. John is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Dean Co-Operative Bank and has served on the Town of Franklin Board of Assessors along with other Town of Franklin Committees.
John has tried cases in the District, Superior and Land Courts, He has also appeared before the Appeals Court of Massachusetts, Federal District Court and Federal Bankruptcy Court. John has developed a diverse and extensive real estate practice representing Buyers, Sellers, Associations and various Institutional and Private Lenders both in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has successfully represented persons and entities with their real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, purchase, sale and leasing of their residential and commercial real estate.

Attorney Janet Vignone is a graduate of State University of New York at Oneonta, 1985, B.S. Business Economics and Massachusetts School of Law, 1994, Juris Doctor. She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1994. Janet is a Certified Land Court Title Examiner and has been examining titles since 1986.
Janet has developed a diverse and extensive real estate practice representing Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Developers and various Institutional and Private Lenders in residential real estate transactions. She has successfully represented persons and entities with their real estate transactions, including financing, purchase, sale of their residential real estate.
ANTHONY M. VIGNONE, ESQUIRE, OF COUNSEL
Attorney Anthony Vignone is a graduate of Boston College, 1952, B.S. Economics and New England School of Law, 1956, Bachelor of Laws (later converted to Juris Doctor). He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1956.
Anthony’s general areas of practice is Estates and Real Estate Conveyancing. He has over 60 years of experience and over the course of his career has tried cases in the District Court, Superior Court and Land Court, as well as having appeared before the Supreme Judicial Court. Anthony has been examining titles since 1956 and is also certified as a Land Court Title Examiner.
Anthony has a wealth of knowledge regarding the history, ownership and title to innumerable tracts of land in Franklin, Wrentham, Bellingham Norfolk, Plainville and Foxboro areas. He was formerly Town Counsel to the Town of Franklin, a Member of the Town of Franklin Board of Appeals, Secretary of the Franklin Finance Committee, Member of the Town of Franklin Board of Assessors for more than 40 years and a former director of Dean Co-Operative Bank.
